➡️For a $250,000 home, this would amount to an additional $222.91 per year (or $18.58 a month).
➡️Based on the average assessed value for agricultural property, the annual tax impact would be $2.30 per acre in Dallas County, $2.03 in Guthrie County, and $2.69 in Greene County.
The Board of Education and administration have a history of respecting the needs of our property taxpayers. Our current cumulative levy rate is $10.50 per $1,000 of taxable property value, which is lower than the 18-year average rate of $13.10. Our rate today ranks as the third lowest in the West Central Activities Conference.
More information about the bond issue’s potential tax impact and a property tax calculator are available at https://www.panoramabond.org/taxes.

We would like to recognize Mrs. Kelly Blomquist, the District Instructional Coach for all the work she does behind the scenes for our students and staff! She wears many hats throughout the day, and we want her to know we appreciate everything she does! She is the Queen of Data, the Organizer of Instruction, the Guru of Strategies, and the best Helping Hand! Here’s what a few teachers had to say about her…
“I can always count on Mrs. Blomquist’s support with anything I need, whenever I need it!”
“Mrs. Blomquist is someone that I can go to for advice with small groups, collaboration, and problem-solving. She lets me talk out different solutions and strategies that work for me.”
“Mrs. Blomquist is the supporter of all things! Whether it’s lesson advice, collaboration with others, reflecting, planning, and even just life. She’s always there to support in any way I need it, and we would be lost without her!”
“Mrs. Blomquist has the biggest heart and genuinely cares about the students and staff at Panorama. She freely gives of herself and her time. If you have a problem or concern, Mrs. Blomquist will make the time to talk with you and help you figure out a solution. If Mrs. Blomquist knows that a student is struggling, she will work to get that student the support that he/she needs. What a blessing she is to all of us here at Panorama!”
Thanks for making our Panther team stronger, Mrs. Blomquist!

The meeting begins at 6:30pm at Panorama Elementary School.
In addition to a presentation about the district’s facility needs and the solutions possible through a voter-approved bond issue, there will be time for attendees to ask questions and offer feedback.
The $19.6 million bond proposal would allow us to improve school infrastructure, enhance safety and security, and create new academic and activity spaces.

The proposed projects that would become a reality with an approved bond include a new security entrance, a new roof, and playground upgrades to improve accessibility at the elementary school.
At the secondary school, we would enhance the career and technical education space, while the main entrance, commons area, art room, and restrooms would undergo renovations.
The middle school gym expansion at the secondary school campus is also planned. This venue would offer much needed space for physical education, athletics, school activities, and community events.
