The tax impact of an approved general obligation bond referendum for Panorama CSD would be a maximum of $1.96 per year on every $1,000 of taxable property value.
For a $250,000 home, the tax impact would be approximately $222.91 per year (or $18.58 a month). For agricultural property, the impact would be $2.30 per acre in Dallas County, $2.03 in Guthrie County, and $2.69 in Greene County.
Panorama CSD currently has a cumulative levy rate of $10.50 per $1,000 of taxable property value. That figure is below the district’s 18-year average of $13.10—and among the lowest in our area. IT'S TIME TO INVEST IN RURAL IOWA!

Registered voters in the Panorama Community School District will consider approving a $19.6 million bond issue that would address facility needs, improve safety, and provide more resources for students.
