Six students—Bryce Dawes, Jorge Perez, Gavin Lindstrom, Cruz Crandall, Cobyn Snyder, and Chiara Frei—attended Design Dash: Iowa’s Speedy Startup at DMACC Ankeny! Sponsored by the University of Iowa, this fast-paced event brought together 100+ high school students from across Iowa to build a business in just one day with help from mentors and educators. 💡📈

Farmers State Bank recently partnered with Mr. Little's 9th grade careers class and Junior Achievement to bring career readiness from the workplace into the classroom. This partnership provided the students with a real-world context and practical life skills. During the 7-week program students worked out scenarios as interns to a fictious company. They put into action valuable transferable skills including communication, time management, critical and analytical thinking, collaboration, decision making, and teamwork. It was our privilege to invest time and resources into the students at Panorama.
