MS Boys' and Girls' Track Team 

Pictures will be TODAY during 6th block. 

 

NHS Meeting

April 20th at 7:30am in the old library.  This meeting is for current members only. 

 

SPORTS PICTURES

These students need to pay for their track pictures:  Almiranda Burnett, Natalie Donovan, Maddy Richey, Zoey Hambleton, Jazmyn and Jaidyn Sellers,& Cayden Iredale.  Payment can be made in the office to Ketelsen Photography.  You can pay for and pick up the pictures in the office. 

 

Reminder these students still owe for their basketball & wrestling pictures:  Weston Boecker, John Holman, Xavier Clark, and Drake McFarland. 

 

ALL CONFERENCE HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMIC BOWL

If you are interested in representing Panorama in the All Conference High School Academic Bowl please see Ms. Wooldridge or Mrs. Church. The sign up will be on Ms. Wooldridge's door.  The competition will take place during the school day April 14th.  

 

SOFTBALL:

All 6th - 12th grade girls planning to play Panorama softball this summer, sign up in Coach Boettcher room & finalize roster, Remind Code, and Open Gym Schedule.  See Coach Ploeger or Boettcher with any questions.

 

HS baseball players-

The first practice is Monday, May 1.  The start time is 4 PM.  Be sure you have your physical form and good conduct policy turned into the office.

 

FOOTBALL CHEER

A sign up is in the office for anyone interested in football cheerleading.  Deadline to sign up is April 7th.

PROM PICTURE SIGN UP

Mallory Quick will be taking the Prom pictures this year.  Order forms will be in the office.  Class pictures will be taken immediately after Grand March in the atrium on the steps.  Individual / couples and friends pictures will be taken in the hallway outside of the backstage entrance.  Mallory will be providing a nice backdrop.

Subway is looking for summer help.  You must be at least 16 years of age.  Please apply in person.

 

JOB OPPORTUNITY

In home daycare is looking for a high school student for after school care starting in April and then continuing through the summer.  Candidates must have a driver’s license.  To inquire about this position call Haley Gross at 641-757-7191.   

 

The City of Guthrie Center is taking applications for:

 

  • Pool Manager – must be available from mid-May to mid-August, certified (or able to be

        certified) lifeguard preferred but not a requirement.

  • Assistant Pool Manager – must be certified lifeguard; must be available from pool opening date

                to the closing date

  • Group Swim Lesson Leader – must possess WSI (position is approximately 4 weeks in duration,

maybe in combination with the manager position

  • Lifeguards
  • Concession Stand Workers – must be at least 14 years of age
  • Water Aerobics instructor – must be a Lifeguard or Basic Water Rescue certified or able to be

certified.

 

Note – Lifeguard applicants must be able to demonstrate competency as a lifeguard. Applicants will be

required to show the ability to complete successful saves and successfully backboard a victim prior to

being hired.

 

Starting pay for concession workers is at $8, Lifeguard start at $11.75, Assistant Manager start at $13.50,

and Manager is $15.00. Wages vary with experience.  Applicants may be subject to pre-employment drug testing. The city of Guthrie Center is an equal opportunity employer. Applications are due by noon on April 7th, 2023 at Guthrie Center City Hall, 400 State Street
