Day A

 

Please remember school starts at 8:20 if you are not in your classroom on time you will be counted tardy and receive a detention. 

 

Middle School students please check your email to vote for student of the month.  You have until 3:15 today to vote.  Remember to vote for someone in your class only.  Thanks!

 

Group yearbook photos (some retakes) have been scheduled for today beginning at 1pm in the Middle School gym for the following groups:

GSA, HS Choir, Jazz Choir, HS Band, NASA, HS TSA, Knowledge Bowl, Battle of the Books, MS TSA, Lego League, Math Counts, and Yearbook (1st and 2nd semester) students.

 

The following will have yearbook pictures on Friday:  MS Girl’s track at 2:30 and HS Boy’s track at 3:30.

Middle school girls track pictures will be Friday. If you still need a uniform, please see Mrs. Dorhout.

 

Have you bought your 2022 yearbook yet? Stop by Mrs. Gafkjen's room to check if your name is on the list on the window. If you haven't yet, go to www.jostens.com to order yours today!

 

PROM

Anyone interested in running the spotlight for grand march, see Mr.  Bauch

The prom meal is going to be a Pasta Buffet again this year.  Meal includes spaghetti, chicken alfredo, garden salad, other salads, bread sticks, desert and drinks.  Price is $25 a person.  Seniors price is $10 a person.  Sign up and pay in the office by April 8.

Anyone interested in prom pictures by Ketelsens can sign up in the office.  These will be taken right before grand march.

PROM SERVERS - If you are not going to prom and are interested in being a prom server, see Mr. Bauch to sign up and for the details

 

Senior Tea: April 20!  All Senior Girls and their moms and grandmothers are invited to the Brethren Church of Panora on April 20th at 2:00PM for the Senior Tea.  Sign up & RSVP in the office. This is a really nice event to share with your special people. 

 

CAPS & GOWNS – Mike Arneson with Jostens will be here Friday, April 8th over lunch to hand out cap and gowns. 

 

AFTER PROM

After prom consent forms are in the office.  Make sure you pick one up and have it returned by April 1st!

 

JOB OPPORTUNITY

Local Farmer and Business Owner, Jeff Hafner, needs helpers after school. 

As temperature warms up then expands work hours to include weekends, also summer workers will be needed.

Flexible work hour scheduling available.

$10/hour

Workers help with the milling process for flour.

Many PHS students and parents have worked for Mr. Hafner over the years and "sung his praises" as not only a good boss but someone who tries to help people do what is right for their lives and future professions.
