MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS - All middle school students please check your email for an opportunity to vote on MS student of the month for January.  You will have today and tomorrow to vote, winners will be announced on Thursday, February 3rd.  Thanks!!

 

HS Student Council MEETING TIME:  Tuesday, Feb. 8 @7:45AM in the Study Hall/Old Library!

 

SPEECH SHOWCASE - Come see the speech events we took to District Speech Contest -We will perform Thursday , beginning at 6pm in the auditorium.

 

HS SOCCER-If you are interested in playing high school soccer, sign-up sheets are now in the office. The first practice for both boys/girls will be Monday, March 14, 2022.

More information will be coming soon to order warm-ups and soccer merchandise.

VOLLEYBALL SKILLS CAMP-Pick up forms in the office. Camp is February 19th for grades 6-12. Forms and payment due February 4th.

 

GIRLS GOLF-If you are interested in playing girls golf, there will be a sign -up sheet in the office. Please be sure to add your shirt size for uniforms. If you have any questions contact Coach Melissa Hochstetler 

 

SPRING 2022 DRIVER’S ED – The signup sheet for spring driver’s ed is in the office along with the schedules.  Driver’s Ed will start March 7th at 7:15 a.m. in Mr. Bahrenfuss’ Room.  Driving partners and drive times will be chosen on the first day of class Monday, March 7th

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL:  Any 7th and 12th grade girls interested in playing softball this summer, sign up in Coach Boettcher’s office.  All returning high school athletes, finalize roster with Coach Boettcher.  Youth clinics and throwing have started.

Any high school student interested in playing baseball this summer should sign-up with Coach Bahrenfuss or Coach Little.  

Morning throwing sessions will start on Tuesday, February 1.  We will throw in the morning on Tuesday and Thursday.  The start time is 6:45 AM.

If you have any questions, please talk to Coach Bahrenfuss or Coach Little.

 

HS TRACK & FIELD:  There will be open gym on Sundays from 2-3 pm in the weight room.  The dates are  February 6 and February 13.  These sessions are open to anyone.

SENIORS and any JUNIORS graduating early: Please turn in your senior photos, baby pictures, and senior spotlights to Mrs. Gafkjen for Journalism and Yearbook. It's much appreciated!

 

SPORTS PICTURES -  The following students owe for sports pictures:  Aliyah Fortner, Austin Wagner, Jared Wasson, Zoey Hambleton, Lindy Nelson, Cooper Andersen, Colby Waltz, Maddox Nunn, & Will Knapp.  Payment can be made in the office.  Checks should be written to Ketelsen Photography.

PROM CLOSET – The Prom Closet, which provides FREE prom gowns, will be open for Free Shopping Days every Saturday in February 9am-2pm @ 406 South 5th Street, Coon Rapids, Iowa.  All gently used, floor-length gowns are free of charge and available in sizes 0-24.  Private appointments are available by calling Dona @ 712-830-7825.
