Valencia has a little bit of everything old meets new on the Mediterranean coast of one of Spain's most vibrant cities founded as a colony in 138 BC the city is rich in history and culture located on the east coast of Spain 350 km east of Madrid and 350 km south of Barcelona Valencia is the third most populated city in Spain with nearly 1 million inhabitants in the City of Olympia has a relatively dry subtropical Mediterranean climate with very mild Winters and long hot summer making it a great destination to visit all year long especially for those eager to get away from harsh Winters the City offers a wide variety of attractions to please even the pickiest of Travelers the city of Arts and Sciences will leave you breathless as its modern architecture is said to be the best in the world more architecture can be admired throughout the city at the Porter is the bells events in The Old City Center see the silk exchange the Valencia Cathedral and the Central Market just to name a few Valencia is quickly becoming a foodie Capital as it is home to many Michelin star restaurants taking advantage of I called ingredients produced in the region on a trip to Valencia without trying the paella with the amazing rare since it is the birthplace of this popular Spanish test if you want to work off some of that food be sure to visit the tree Gardens one of Spain's largest urban Parks it runs in the city along time climate of Green Space offering foot bike path Leisure and sports areas beaches are one of the major reasons visitors come to Valencia so a couple of days soaking in some rays at one of the Cities nearby beaches to not be missed Museum lovers will be happy to hear there's several museums were visit I'm such as the Fine Arts Museum Ceramics Museum Science Museum Europe largest aquarium and much more after the party people Valencia offers an excellent nightlife scene especially in the new trendy ruzafa Barrio filled with unique arts studios cafes bars and restaurants so what are you waiting for come visit
