High School Life Sciences

Welcome to high school life sciences with Mrs. King!!
I am excited to start our exploration of life sciences with you! I will be adding information and a syllabus for each course here soon!
The Zoology class went to the Blank Park Zoo a few weeks ago as part of our animal behavior study. Students chose two species to observe and then created an ethogram and behavior report for each. Check out the gallery below for some some photos of the students in action!
Anatomy & Physiology recently made compact bones out of swiss cake rolls and candy. The swiss cake rolls were the osteons, and the candy was the osteocytes and blood vessels, etc. It was a tasty lesson!
