Angie Clouser, School Community Liaison, works with K-12 grades to help better serve the needs of students and their families in the district.  She assists families & students with interpreting school and educational program policies, regulations and activities. She provides one-to-one and/or group mentoring, tutoring, or counseling including offering support and initiating intervention when necessary.  She visits with students and family members to help identify needed programs and services that they may qualify for, including locating and assisting with the contacts for those services.  She identifies students in need of supportive services and refers students to other personnel and/or agencies to address their needs, and follows up on referrals made to ensure services are provided. She verifies student absences and contacts families to improve attendance; including meeting with parents and students to discuss academic performance, behavior issues, or attendance concerns to prevent students from failing or dropping out.

She is also the supervisor of the Panther Pride Service Award Program starting in the fall of 2016.

She can be contacted at either building Monday-Friday, during regularly scheduled school hours, or her e-mail address is: angie.[email protected].
