Online Registration

Steps for registration:  (Please complete each step)
Please double check all phone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses to ensure we have the most up to date contact information.
    Current family without portal login  Make sure you check if any student being entered has attended this district in past
    New Family Campus Registration - New to district only
2. Pay through the parent portal or in the office
3. Fill out forms for Elementary - one for each student
    Fill out forms for MS/HS - one for each student
4. Health form checklist - first 2 items are required for all students
5. New students must fill out Home Language Survey 
6. Transportation Request unless not needed
 
Additional forms that may need to be filled out and returned to office.
 
Good Conduct Provision - must be signed by student and parent before they can participate in their activity
