About Panorama Elementary

Panorama Elementary serves over 350 PK-5 students from the communities of Panora, Yale, Jamaica, Bagley, and Linden. The K-5 building was completed in 1999 with our new preschool addition recently completed in 2010. Our staff includes approximately 30 teachers along with paraprofessionals, cooks, custodians, and secretaries.

We offer core classes in math, reading, science, and social studies. Students also have the opportunity to participate in computer, library, guidance, art, physical education, and music, which meet on an 8-day cycle. In addition, we have a Title I reading program, special education program, and an extended learning program.

Character Counts is a character education program we use, allowing students to learn the skills and traits to become better citizens using the Six Pillars: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.
