ALL LIBRARY BOOKS ARE DUE BACK TO THE LIBRARY BY FRIDAY MAY 13TH.    

 

SENIOR AWARDS NIGHT/BACCALAUREATE

Senior Awards will start at 6 p.m. this evening with Baccalaureate to follow. 

 

FOOTBALL CHEERLEADING – There will be a meeting in the lunch room today at 2:30 p.m.

Sign up is in the office.  If you are interested, please stop in and sign up. 

 

Middle School Band / Choir Concert is Tuesday May 17 at 7:00 p.m.   

High School Band / Choir Concert is Wednesday May 18 from 5-6 p.m.

 

NHS -  The NHS pictures from the induction ceremony are in the office.  An 8 x 10 is $12.  Order and payment are due in the office FRIDAY. 

 

SPORTS PICTURES

The following students need to pay Mr. Ketelsen for their pictures:  Patricia Underwood, Morgan Lutz, Avery Sebern, Ethan Olsen, Jared Wasson, & Dane Kemble.

Payments can be made in the office.  All payments are due before school is out. 

 

Field Day will be all day Monday, May 23rd and the elementary is asking for any student/staff help! There is a sign up sheet located in the office for anyone interested in volunteering. Field Day is the same day as block 1, 3, and 5 finals. If you want to help out, you are still expected to attend any finals you may have. High School Student Council Elections:

Who can apply for the 2022-2023 high school Student Council?

Any Panorama students in grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 who would like to run for student council need to request an application from Mrs. Boettcher ([email protected]).  All applications need to be submitted by noon on Friday, May 13, 2022.  Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered for the voting ballot.

 

Conference Art Show- Any High Schooler:

If you are interested in attending the conference art show on May 16th, talk to Mrs. Jackson- we will be taking a bus to Woodward during the school day to see the conference art show and do some activities involving art. Please see Mrs. Jackson before May 11th if you would like to attend.

If you have art that you would like to submit to the conference art show to be judged from this year- talk with Mrs. Jackson before May 11th

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

  1. Job Opportunity - local employer Jason Clark, Iowa Trenchlessand Midwest Vac Professionals, is looking for HS helpers to employ who are at least 16 years old and available this spring and summer for near full time positions (students in school baseball for example would not be able to meet the position demands due to time availability).   2. Paramedic Career Information - local resident and Panorama alumni Alex Olsen would like to meet at PHS with any students interested or curious about becoming a paramedic. If interested, please let Mr. Webner know.

Local Farmer and Business Owner, Jeff Hafner, needs helpers after school. 

As temperature warms up then expands work hours to include weekends, also summer workers will be needed. Flexible work hour scheduling available. $10/hour

Workers help with the milling process for flour.

Many PHS students and parents have worked for Mr. Hafner over the years and "sung his praises" as not only a good boss but someone who tries to help people do what is right for their lives and future professions.
