HS baseball players that need a new hat, need to stop by Coach Bahrenfuss's room after school today to get fitted.  Thank you.

In support of National School Breakfast week, please join us for breakfast and enter to win a chance for a free second at lunch.  Just put your name on a slip of paper when you go through the breakfast line and 2 lucky winners will be drawn each day.  You must eat breakfast in order to be included in the drawing.  

 

The winners of the free seconds drawing for Wednesday are:  Libby Gardner and Willow Buttler.  Keep eating your school breakfast to be entered into a drawing each day this week in celebration of National School Breakfast week!

 

Music fundraiser order forms and money are due today.  Turn them into Mr. Bauch or Mr. Helm.  

FCA LEADERSHIP MEETING – Friday there will be a meeting in Mrs. Gafkjen’s Room at 7:45 a.m.

 

Seniors-  The following Seniors have CPR class this afternoon from 1:30-3:30 in the green screen room:  Chloe Webster, Nathan Wolfe, Maggie Woodvine, Declan McCarthy, Alex Mobley, and Autumn Six.

NHS- The NHS Blood Drive will be March 12th from 11:30am to 5:30pm.  NHS students will be signing kids up Friday, March 6th and Monday March 9th.

JUNIOR HIGH TRACK - There is a sign-up sheet in the office for all JH students wanting to participate in track this spring. There will be a meeting in the lunchroom on Thursday, March 5th @ 2:45pm. Practice will start on Monday, March 9th. 

 

GIRL’S GOLF –  High School Girl’s Golf will start Monday, March 16th.  If you are interested, please sign up in the office.

 

DRIVER’S EDUCATION – Monday, March  16th, will be the start of Driver’s Education.  If you are interested in taking this course, please stop in the office and sign up and pick up the required papers.

 

SPORTS PICTURES – The following students need to pay for and pick up their sport pictures in the office:  Emry Kolby,  Emma Wasson, & Zoey Lutz.  Checks can be made out to Ketelsen Photography. 

 

SENIOR INFO

ANY SENIOR who has not filled out your senior spotlight, PLEASE do so ASAP and send Mrs. Gafkjen your senior picture. If you've filled it out, but haven't sent in your picture, PLEASE do so ASAP.  Much thanks!! -the Journalism class

 

SENIORS – You need to get those senior pictures and baby pictures in for the yearbook ASAP. You can drop them off in the office!

HIRING FARMHANDS – Seasonal; Temporary; Full-Time or Part Time –

Raccoon Forks Farms is a small local food farm located in Redfield and Runnels, Iowa.  They raise vegetables, eggs, and chicken for CSA shares, farmers’ market sales, and other customers.  Farmhands must be at least 18 years old and need to have a driver’s license.  Tasks include planting, weeding, and harvesting; laying above-ground water lines; cleaning and processing produce; livestock chores; collecting and processing eggs; minor building and vehicle maintenance; loading and unloading supplies; and other tasks.  If you are interested, there is a paper hanging in the lunch room with information on it.
