Special Education

At times, students need more support in their learning than what is typically provided in a general education classroom. Extra supports are put in place by classroom teachers, our Instructional Decision Making process and through individual intervention plans. When the supports that a child needs to learn need are substantial and need to be sustained over time, special education services are put in place. Our special education staff is skilled at developing Individual Education Plans that include specifically designed instruction to meet instructional needs and accommodations while learning takes place.
